Screening
Our recruitment team carefully reviews your application. If your profile matches what we're looking for, a talent acquisition specialist will contact you with your scheduled interview details.
Interview
You'll participate in a one-on-one interview with a Recruitment Specialist. After successfully passing this interview, we'll move forward with scheduling your system audit.
Training
Candidates complete our intensive 2-week Training Program, run during the graveyard shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time. Your performance is evaluated on attendance, conduct, active participation, and quality of output.
Client VA Matching
Upon graduating, you'll officially become a Certified Craftee Staff Virtual Assistant. We'll match you with a client that aligns with your profile and skill set, and support you every step of the way.
